The main working screens in VendorStat provide several controls that enable users to manage some account settings. These controls appear across the top of most screens. The following table provides a brief description additional controls available on the VendorStat screens:

My Account |
Click on this button to display the following menu: • Edit My Profile - Click on Edit My Profile to open the Update Representative screen. Use this screen change the personal information stored in VendorStat. For more information on the information stored in VendorStat, see VendorStat Registration. • Change My Password - Click on Change My Password to display the Change My Password screen. Use this screen to modify the password you use to login to VendorStat. For more information on passwords, see VendorStat Registration. |

Contact Us |
Click on Contact Us to view your options for ways to contact ProTech Compliance or VendorStat customer support. |

Help |
Click on Help to open the VendorStat help system. |

Logout |
Click on Logout to end the current VendorStat session. |

Note Security Personnel need to login any time they change locations. If you move to a new Facility, you must click on My Accounts, select Edit My Profile, change the facility. |
