VendorStat provides a structured portal for approved vendors to register credentials and participating Health Systems to monitor access to their facilities. This Internet-based system presents information and tools on a series of secure screens to help authorized users view up-to-date information.
VendorStat users fall into five categories - Health System Administrators, Vendors, Vendor Representatives, Schedulers, and Security Personnel. Vendors and Vendor Representatives use VendorStat to register credentials. Schedulers use VendorStat to schedule appointments for the Vendor Representatives to visit Health System facilities. Health System Administrators and their Security Personnel use VendorStat to verify the credentials and appointments for each of the people visiting the Health System’s facilities.
