Vendors Representatives are the sales personnel and other staff that work with a Vendor to provide goods and services to Health Systems. When Vendors are doing business with Health System facilities using VendorStat, Vendors and their representatives must be registered with VendorStat.
Registration requires attesting to or providing proof of several different credentials. This may include verifiable identification (such as a driver’s license number), or confirming that individuals have received vaccinations and training. The required credentials can vary between Health Systems.
Another part of the registration process involves choosing the type of access you need for a particular Health System. This can range from non-clinical access to offices and common areas, to restricted access to sterile rooms. Each level of access may require a different set of credentials (for more information, see Access Levels).
Once you have provided VendorStat with the information required for the access you want, you will be prompted to pay for the registration. Payment is required for each requested access level and each Health System.
