A Scheduler is often a staff member working in a department or an office at a Health System facility. Schedulers are authorized to make, change, and cancel appointments for Vendor Representatives visiting their facility. The procedures governing when and where a Vendor Representative can visit a facility may vary between Health Systems. In a VendorStat managed Health System, a Scheduler must setup every Vendor visit in VendorStat.
